We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, contact us first — most issues get sorted out with a phone call.

Returns on stock items

New, uninstalled, unused stock items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back. A restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong part.

What we can't take back

• Parts that have been installed, run, or show signs of use
• Build-to-order and custom-spec items (big bore kits, pistons, rods, custom builds) — these are made to your specification and are non-refundable once built
• Electrical parts and tuning components, once opened
• Items returned without prior authorization

Defective or wrong item

If your part arrives defective or we shipped the wrong item, we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or refund. Tell us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days.
