By ordering from STFU Motorcycles you agree to these terms. Read them — performance parts carry real responsibility.

Competition & off-road use

Many of the parts we sell are designed for closed-course competition and off-road use. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and follow all federal, state, and local laws governing the use of these parts on public roads. Installing certain performance parts may make a vehicle illegal for street use.

Emissions / California

Many products are NOT legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled vehicles, and may not be legal in other jurisdictions with similar emissions rules. The buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance.

Installation & fitment

Performance parts should be installed by a qualified technician. The buyer is responsible for confirming correct fitment for their specific year, model, and configuration before ordering. We're glad to help — call us before you buy if you're unsure.

Limited warranty & liability

Parts are warranted against manufacturing defects only. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing, or use contrary to the part's intended purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. Use of these products is at the buyer's own risk.

Pricing & availability

Prices and availability are subject to change. Items with a Buy Now button are in stock; build-to-order items are quoted and confirmed before any work begins. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order we cannot fulfill.
